We provide professional massage therapy and botanical facial treatments tailored to individual needs. All services are subject to availability and practitioner discretion.
2. 📅 Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments must be booked in advance via our website or direct contact.
- Cancellations made **less than 24 hours** before the appointment may incur a fee or forfeit any deposit paid.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time without a price reduction.
3. 💳 Payments
- Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after the service.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments via Solo integrated system.
- All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes.
4. 🧴 Product Sales
- Facial oils and other skincare products are sold as-is and should be used according to provided instructions.
- We are not liable for adverse reactions unless caused by negligence or mis labeling.
- Returns are accepted within **14 days** of purchase if the product is unopened and in original condition.
