There is very little you need to do to prepare for your first massage, just arrive relaxed and a few minutes early if possible. Before your session: Avoid heavy meals for at least 1–2 hours beforehand. Stay hydrated, but try not to drink too much immediately before the massage. Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to change in and out of. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or preferences, let your therapist know before the session begins. Regarding hair: If you have long hair, it’s best to tie it up loosely (for example, in a low ponytail or bun). This helps keep hair away from the neck and shoulders, allowing the therapist to work more comfortably and effectively. Don’t worry if you forget, your therapist can adjust as needed. During the session: You will be given privacy to get comfortable on the massage table. You will always be properly draped, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Feel free to speak up at any time about pressure, comfort, or temperature. Most importantly, come with an open mind and allow yourself to relax, your therapist will guide you through everything and ensure you feel safe and comfortable throughout your session.

If you experience high stress, muscle tension, or physical strain, weekly sessions can be beneficial. For a facial lift massage, consistency is key. For best results, we recommend once a week for 4–6 weeks, followed by maintenance sessions every 2–4 weeks to help maintain firmness, circulation, and a lifted appearance.
